2019 Oleon Distributor Meeting

This October, we were honored to attend every two year’s Oleon Distributor Meeting once again. This time, Oleon team selected Liajiang China as the host city. Lijiang, with the name of “The South of Colourful Clouds”, is one of the most beautiful cities in China. And it is particularly charming in the late autumn. The sky is blue and pure with just a few clouds, and the sunshine spreads the entire ancient city, all the grass, the wood, the bricks and the tiles are all bathed in the golden river, warm and quiet. The wind with a bit of coolness, blowing and making the yellow leaves dancing and rotating. Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is in and out, so near yet so far. With the beauty of scene, the efficiency and enthusiasm of work must be bursting.
The distributor meeting lasted two days. The theme of first day included Oleon's business review in recent years and vision for the future; Key business of each unit and new product development; Raw material trend forecasting; Supply chain service update and customer relationship maintenance. The most impressive part for us is Q&A, which is also a must-have session for Oleon distributor meeting every time. All the questions and suggestions of distributors are shown on the big screen, then Oleon team is patiently answering each question on the stage no matter it’s a praise or complaint. This modest and sincere team spirit inspire every attendee. Success has not always been easy, Oleon did.
The next day's conference was divided into a number of small workshops, to have group presentations and discussions based on different industries and focuses, including nutrition, personal care, lubricants, industrial products and specialties. Through face-to-face communication, we jointly explored the barriers encountered in the industry and the direction of the future, which clarify the ideas for further development.
