Everyone is looking forward to an outing when the epidemic situation is getting eased. And here NCMC Midyear Conference comes!
After a deep investigation, we finally choose Nanxun as our conference site and a place to relax. There’s a saying “ It's better to take a walk around Nanxun than to travel all over Jiangnan”, which bring us a beautiful vision and expectation to the mysterious place. Itinerary is set up and everything is ready, let’s go!
All of us are so excited along the way, talking, laughing, playing games, even the clouds in the sky seem to show a healing smile.
Here we are!
We fully understand each company is struggling to survive and develop in such a special period. Thus, it is meaningful for us to arrange the mid-year conference to review the past and look ahead. At the meeting, the manager of each department give a detailed and wonderful presentation to show us NCMC people is making progress step by step. And the speech by our GM do inspire us for a deeper self-thinking and a clearer outlook for the future. Pls allow me to share some key points from our boss.
‘In 2020 H1, we have seized new opportunities, even facing the changing market time to time. It is not easy to achieve such targets under the severe situation. Thank you all for your collective efforts. Let’s applaud ourselves!
The external environment we face is new technologies have changed the world we live in at all levels in the past five years, and the sudden epidemic this year has already accelerated the changes of the world. Anyway, ‘changing’ is an inevitable trend. In the next few years, changes in various fields will be more rapid, and each of us will fell greater pressure, which means whether we agree or not, we can only keep up with social progress by ’changing’ so that to realize the dream of NCMC people to build ‘a century enterprise’ and benefit everyone!’
All the attendees listen intently, and the group discussions after the meeting are even hotter. Everyone shares his/her opinions to show the responsibilities and expectations for the near future.
NCMC people are not only full of energy at work, but also enjoy our colorful daily life. We exercise in the morning by the Golden Elephant Lake, dunk on the basketball court, jog in the gym, explore history in the ancient town of Nanxun and taste the local traditional food.
