NCMC 2020 Annual Meeting

For all of us, 2020 is a year with profound memory. We experienced severe epidemic, work suspension, city lockdown, work resumption, and nationwide fight against COVID-19. Life gave us a heavy blow, but we never stopped.

To actively respond to the epidemic prevention call of our country, we cancelled the traditional dinner party. But no worries, we will not miss out any of the necessary activities.

The simple and warm layout adds a sense of ceremony to our annual meeting.  Even if there is no sumptuous dinner this year, we have prepared tea break, dessert, milk tea and everything. Come and gobble down the feast together!

As usual, the annual meeting was started by a speech of our General Manager. Once again our GM Wu affirmed the achievements made by all NCMC employees with concerted efforts in the year 2020, and led us to focus on the next three years' goals. As always, NCMC is firm and strong. We both feel and believe that, no matter in good times or bad, NCMC would always aim high and strive hard to forge ahead to a better future.

Every year, there are always some people emerging in the spot lights. They work hard at their posts and gain promotion and recognition. Their efforts and progress are not only influencing every NCMC employee but also passing on NCMC's spirit of enterprising and hard-working. Just like the theme of last year's conference "endured hardships, refined art", we are looking forward to see more and more outstanding employees to shine on the grand stage of NCMC!

The happiest part of the annual meeting is the “lucky draw” with winning rate of more than 50%! We have the first, second and third prize. Some employees are lucky enough to win prizes every year!

Besides, we also prepare surprises for single employees who stay in Nanjing instead of going back home to ensure everyone will not feel lonely during this traditional festival.

Our special annual meeting which is “concise but not simple” comes to a happy ending amid joy and laughter. Although 2020 is not easy, we still “aimed high and flied against the wind”. 2021 is here, we will be grateful and set sail again. We will stay true to our original aspiration, and continue to forge ahead hand in hand to the new chapter!
