The Nanjing epidemic was successfully contained at early this month, meanwhile we NCMC finally ushered in the Mid-year Work Summary Meeting! ![]()
Although we had no choice but to cancel the originally planned trip to Yangzhou due to the outbreak of the epidemic, which is indeed a bit regretful, however this did not affect our expectations for this conference. Because each convening of the conference is not only a witness to our performance in previous working stage, but also a hope for us to open a new chapter, which is inspiring for everyone of the NCMC.![]()
Prior to the meeting, deputy general manager Mrs.Meng shared with us the progress and phased results of NCMC’s new building construction, it is expected to be completed by the end of this year, and we should be able to move to our new building office next year. At that time, multimedia modern conference rooms, comfortable and spacious office environment, as well as exclusive gym, garden-style large terrace, leisure water bar meeting area, etc., we will have them all next year! A group of like-minded friends will continue to fight side by side in such a brand-new base camp.

The first stage of the conference was still opened by the three directors of Marketing department, who conducted in-depth and detailed reports on four main parts: market situation, key business analysis, problems and improvements, and work plans for H2 of the year. During the process,our General Manager, Mr. Wu, also made important comments and gave instructions.
1) Grasping the large, letting go of the small, accelerating business optimization and integration.
2) Strengthen the linkage and cooperation between departments to meet the differentiated needs of customers.
3) Study and analyze market situation, dig into the upstream and downstream of industry.
4) Deepen the collection of market data sources and strengthen big data analysis.
5) After the epidemic, continue to go abroad and pay attention to foreign related industrial projects and investment trends.
6) Continue to improve the strategic landscape, be with the giants, and walk with the wise.
Next, the two heads of the Foreign Trade and the Technical Support Department, as well as the heads of the four functional departments of Finance, Material control, Customer service, and Administration&HR also gave wonderful presentations and displays on the work of their respective departments in H1. In the meeting, the company’s general counsel, Mr. Jin also put forward suggestions from four aspects: further strengthening the company’s management team building, further detailing the work of each department, keeping in mind risk awareness and expectations for the company’s young people, encouraging everyone to continue to study and strengthen self-abilities, to give full play to subjective initiative in work, and make persistent efforts!

Tip1: To step into next level, what must we do?
First of all, we should examine ourselves, what we’ve done and what we haven’t done?
Maintain our advantages and become stronger, we can't predict and control external changes and emergencies, but as long as we become stronger, we can face and overcome adversities and difficulties!
For what we haven’t done, find a way, try to change, and learn to improve. As a whole family, we’ll always cheer each other up, support each other, face together and solve together!
Tip2: Behave well before action, perspective determines one’s height
1) Stick to the right path. There are no shortcuts in the world, and people who take shortcuts will sooner or later stumble. Persist in hard work and take every step steadily. Although it seems a little stupid, this is the safest and longest way, and the true wisdom of managing life!
2) Persist in the details. Polishing the details from the small things, not letting go of a mistake or problem, and tracing the roots to find the reason, so as to continuously improve our work skills and comprehensive ability.Let go of utilitarianism. Haggling over every ounce will only make people short-sighted, but also lose many opportunities that they should have. In one team, only those who are not afraid of losses and are willing to give will truly be respected and supported by people, and will naturally get the opportunity to promote and take responsibility.
4) Tolerate loneliness. Do not deliberately pursue flowers and applause, do not deliberately pursue the appearance of the surface, but to pursue the improvement of the craftsmanship and the essence of the core, so that you can be the real winner in the end!
5) Stay resilient. Seeking quantitative change to qualitative change is a long and lonely process. The growth facts of some outstanding employees also prove that only those who can withstand beatings, know how to persevere, will continue to win and reap different achievements.
Tip3:Remaining true to the original aspiration, and you will reach the bright end.
The new chemical season starts, but the global environment is still turbulent and the future is unpredictable. To emphasize again, the only thing we can really control is ourselves. Never be arrogant or self-righteous. In the fiercely competitive and ever-changing market development, only by not forgetting the original intention and continuing to forge ahead, our team will truly grow and realize everyone's common dream!
Strive to embrace responsibility with passion, have the courage to meet the difficulties head on and press forward! Through this summary and exchange meeting, we all have clarified the direction of work in H2 2021, and strengthened our mission and responsibility in the future! The work in the second half of the year has set sail again, and we look forward to a successful 2021 at the end of the year!
