From the perspectives of business experience sharing, professional knowledge learning, and technical training for new employees, NCMC brought a series of valuable knowledges.

While going all out to ensure normal operations during the epidemic, help everyone to practice "internal skills" and make adequate preparations for the full resumption of work and production after the epidemic, in order to meet new opportunities and challenges.




1. Business experience sharing


Two seniors from the company's marketing department took the lead in sharing business experience with you. Starting from personal experience and perception, combined with actual cases over the years, they shared and introduced the methods and insights of how to do a good job in the market and successfully grow into an excellent professional marketer.

2. Professional knowledge learning


At NCMC, as long as you want to learn, the company will definitely create conditions for you.

During the epidemic, NCMC specially hired two professors from local universities as expert consultants, brought several in-depth and instructive "professional courses" to employees.


From a professional point of view, the two professors explained in simple terms, and answered difficult questions that may be encountered in the work, so that everyone had a deeper understanding of the company's products, industries and related knowledge and characteristics.




3. Technical Training Month


In addition to the overall training of the team, NCMC has also specially planned a "training month" for new people who have been employed within three years to systematically learn technical knowledge. This "Technical Training Month" was started by two seniors from the Technology Development Department, brought a total of 8 series of technical trainings to help newcomers to have a deeper  understanding of the company's products and industry, helped everyone to improve their professional ability more quickly, and advance to the stage of career maturity earlier!


The training content involves 15 industries, each training includes several major modules such as content answering questions, industry discussions, and product application development. The topics are flexible and the atmosphere is relaxed. While mobilizing everyone's enthusiasm, we have learned more industry knowledge and learned about the company's products from a more professional perspective. Everyone has always been actively involved in each training, recorded carefully, and interacted happily.




No matter for the sharing of business experience, the learning of professional and technical knowledge, or the supporting knowledge and skill trainings, all members have improved their thinking and judgment, clarified their goals and standards, and gained full energy. Such a series of all-round training not only greatly enhances the overall quality and professional ability of the enterprise team, but also deepens the communication and connection internally, further enhances everyone's enthusiasm of learning and development. This is also the original intention and significance of organizing and carrying out various trainings in the current epidemic situation.
