the NCMC leadership team

set out and embrace the nature again.

Get rid of the slides and paper work and leave behind troubles, let’s just have a relax.

No meeting and work procedures, only communication and sharing with each other.

The broad sky serves as a background for breezes and clouds.

What a wonderful scenery,

as if we entered an oil painting of Autumn.

The sun make us shining,

the laughing is the beautiful background music.

Leadership team members

sit on the ground and talk freely about the topic “How to arrange arms and embattle”.

A perpon’s power is limited,

and what we can achieve is also limited.

In this case, as the team leader,

    they should make reasonable arrangement before burying head in their work.  

How to make 1+1 bigger than 2?

How to lead your team to complete a project more effectively and accurately?

How to make everyone fully play their role?

Every leader has their own insight and perception,

with exchanging ideas

and actively sharing their experience in work and management.

I do believe all leaders gain something new from this conversation.

Just like World Cup games.

You don’t know where the football is going to land after each shot,

but you can control the speed, power and direction

to make the ball land where you want.

This is the attitude and goal of NCMCer towards work and life.

Life could be simple and full of sense of achievement,

So does work.

How to lead the team to a much higher level,

to create more value,

and to assist everyone to explore their own advantage, is the topic that we need to keep studying.
