Dragon Boat Race, How Fun!

The Spring air in April is as mellow as wine.

The sunshine and the spring breeze is gentle,

turning young willows by the lake green and flowers in the forest blooming,

and bringing the whole NCMC family enthusiasm for the new activities.

NCMCer gather together again,

slowing down our daily working pace,

going outdoors to enjoy the pleasure and freedom.

Dragon Boat Race

April 8 was a nice day to hold the unique team-building activity -- "Dragon Boat Race" on the beautiful Qinhuai River.

The coach said: "Dragon boat race is mainly about team spirit, no matter how many people, if they don’t pool their strength together, the dragon boat will not move even one meter, this is a test of physical strength, willpower and team spirit." Everybody was inspired and ready to perform a “Fast and Furious” on the water.

With the sound of whistle, the tense moment of silence was ended, race officially started! The three teams held their oars tightly, followed the rhythm of the drums and taps, shouted out loudly their slogans, flung their arms aside, and cut through the waves on the river, chasing each other and competing bravely! The shore filled with other NCMCers who did not come on board but letting out their cheers passionately, shouts and laugh resonating on the river and in the sky!

Dragon boat race is such an activity of team spirit. When chasing each other, the speed of each team relies not only on the strength and skills of the team members, but more importantly on the tacit understanding and cooperation between each other. The fast movement of dragon boat can not be made just by separated effort from member at every position, it counts on everyone working together heading for the same direction to the destination and win the game!

It is the same way to build an indestructible team, which also requires the “Dragon boat race spirit” which is heading forward, being resolute, cooperating sincerely and never giving up. The whole dragon boat race is also like a process of enterprise progressing and struggling. Only with the joint efforts of all members at their respective positions and achieve close solidarity and cooperation can the enterprise fulfill its vision of “ common progress, sharing and win-win.”

Monopoly Game Taking Us Back to Childhood

Monopoly is a classic childhood game, players need to roll the dice, jump the grid and open the treasure box, each step is an unknown adventure. We grew up playing monopoly and we still love the game. This time, we set a big Monopoly game map and a huge dice to bring the game to real. All of us enjoyed ourselves in “making money”.

The game changes quickly and everyone is immersed in it! The Monopoly map includes "gym", "photo studio", "karaoke" where we can do funny tasks and win bonus! During the game, we were split into 4 teams, all members have their own team position. Some of them volunteered to be the "finance person", while others took the lead in flexing their muscles and becoming the "physical game leaders"....

The game is not only a combat between teams,

but also an ultimate test of decision-making and judgment.

Everyone was getting rid of their pressure and expressing their passion in the wonderful adventure.

Each team has drawn closer during these unknown tasks,

and once again we created so many happy and valuable moments together.

On the beautiful and leisurely spring day, NCMCers put down the mouse and keyboard and gathered together by the Qinhuai River to show true us in daily life. We embraced nature, shared happiness, cooperated sincerely and completed the challenge together! A short rest is for a better start! Let's keep our warmth and love to explore the world together!

There is long way to go, but we have each other!

The future is bright and promising!
