2024 Mid-year summary and outlook | Work harder, go further

On July 20th, the NCMC 2024 Mid-year Conference was successfully held in the headquarters building. The heads of all departments and subordinate factories gathered here to look back on the first half of the year, which was full of challenges and adventures. Discussing new opportunities under the new situation and new measures for the future development of the Group, we are ready to join hands to enter the next stage of the wonderful journey.

Looking back at the past six months, each person in charge shows the company's business highlights, business results and shortcomings in the first half of the year in detail through in-depth analysis, careful combing and objective summary from the team and business perspective. Under the circumstances of the global economic downturn and intensifying industry competition, NCMC has achieved steady development of the enterprise by virtue of tough spirit, showing the core strength of perseverance, competitiveness, unity and cooperation.

At the conference, General Manager Mr. Wu showed comprehensive and profound analysis and review of the current global pattern as well as the internal development of the company. General Manager Mr. Wu pointed out: While getting achievements, we must clearly recognize our own problems. Facing the increasingly complex and changeable international and domestic market, it’s not easy to get further and further. We have to consolidate the foundation, polish the details, be steady and firm, make complete plan and then move on. That’s how we can achieve developing along with stability and progress.

Reviewing the past, we draw strength from the summary. Looking to the future, we are well prepared with our planning. We must be courageous to face the problems and shortcomings in order to be well-prepared and more leisured in the future.

The Mid-year Conference is not only a staged display of NCMCer's hard work in the first half of the year, but also an important opportunity for us to self-examine and grow. We grow up through review and reflection, extract valuable experience from profound analysis, and forge ahead with challenges and opportunities.

Development is a long process and always difficult. Facing the increasingly complex external environment and fierce competition, we are well aware of these truths below:
