The cicadas’ chorus weaves the prelude to midsummer, as 2025 quietly reaches its halfway point. On August 23rd, NCMC’s headquarter buzzed with extraordinary energy—on one side, the Mid-Year Review Meeting was going on like a "symphony" of reviewing the past and mapping the future; on the other, the Family Visiting Day was a “touching music” filled with joyous laughter of employees and their families. The Mid-Year Review Meeting and the Family Visiting Day ran in parallel, infusing a comforting warmth of home in our diligent work.

Charting the Course Through Reflection, Reaching Ahead Through Steadfast Action

For NCMC, the mid-year review is never a mere recount of achievements or a stack of data. It is a "strategic retrospective" to recalibrate our course and consolidate our shared vision.

We took to the stage with six months of experience: outlining business growth curves with precise data, dissecting project breakthroughs with vivid case studies, studying key moments of overcoming market barriers, and candidly examining unresolved challenges in our operations and pressures from the evolving external environment. The content on every slide hid the efforts and sweat of every NCMCer during the past half-year and every note taken recorded our reflections and gains.

Our general manager Mr.Wu pointed out that despite navigating complex external changes in the first half of the year, all employees demonstrated admirable resilience and achieved collective and individual progress. For the second half, just like bamboo rooting in the earth, we must maintain the flexibility and steadfastness, and try to keep deepening our roots in various business against headwinds, honing core capabilities under pressure, and proactively innovating to break new ground amidst change. In this significant test of our times, all ncmcers need to join hands to present a new chapter of achievement!

Family Visiting Day

Transforming the Workplace into a "Wonderland" with Warm Companionship

While ideas were still sparking in the review meeting, another corner of the headquarter had transformed into a "Happy Planet for Families." The arrival of employees’ families infused a soft, homely warmth to the working place.

Holding their parents' hands, children excitedly explored "where Mom and Dad work." The bright workstations, tidy bookshelves, and company culture wall… every detail sparked their curiosity. "Mom, is this where you work?" "Dad, is that you holding the trophy in the photo?" Their innocent questions brimmed with admiration, met by parents’ smiling explanations and eyes full of happiness. It was a chance not only for families to understand their loved ones' work environment but also to plant in young minds a budding awareness of "responsibility" and "diligent work."

Guess the Word

During "Guess the Word," parents racked their brains to give vivid clues:

"Something sweet and cold we eat in summer."

"Ice cream!"

The child’s immediate answer sparked laughter across the room, with tacit understanding growing amidst the joy.

Family Huddle

In the "Family Huddle" game, as the host called out "3!", children quickly joined hands and huddled into groups of “3”. Waves of laughter and applause intertwined into the most delightful melody.

Movie Time

During a break, the lights dimmed in the 3rd-floor presentation area. Nestled in their parents' arms, children watched cartoons, occasionally giggling at the plot or whispering to each other. In these moments, words were unnecessary; as light and shadow danced, the shared moment of growth between parent and child became ever clearer...

The precious opportunity for concentrated exchange and deep reflection allowed us to look back on the footprints of our dedication from the first half of the year, while anchoring our direction for the months ahead—sketching a new blueprint for a future we create together. Yet, more touching than any summary or plan was the warmth of "home" flowing gently through the building, carried by the sound of heartfelt laughter...

When the concerns of the "small family" meet with the striving of the "greater family," and when the growth of the company lifts the dreams of the individual, this "mutual devotion" becomes the core driving force behind NCMC's journey forward. On the road ahead, we must strive forward with the “resilient spirit” of bamboo, advancing courageously within our industry, while cherishing this "warmth of home"—ensuring that every effort finds its echo and every dream has the chance to bloom.

For the next chapter of NCMC, we look forward to marching ahead side by side with every family member and every colleague, working together to paint an even more brilliant future!
