Career planning training for Newbie

How do you choose in the face of various career choices? What kind of life do you want? The puzzles we all experience... These issues may accompany with us all the way. But how will we adjust and have a good career plan? Last week, Deputy General Manager Mrs. Meng made a great experience sharing to all our employees based on her many years of career life with valuable real cases, which benefited us a lot.

During the training, everyone listened seriously. Faced with several different career types such as growth type, confusion type, "elite" type, passive type, and problem types, we fell into thinking, meanwhile analyzed ourselves based on current condition.

We all experience a variety of puzzles at work. Especially when encountering mistakes, difficulties, and gaps, it is very likely that a change in mentality will cause a totally different ending. Through several real cases, Mrs. Meng delivered us the importance of maintaining good mentality that is we never run from mistakes, we never dispirited in difficulties and we never lose control in the face of gap when we compare with others.

In the end, Mrs. Meng shared two sentences with us:

1. The more you want to hide, the smaller world you’ll have.

2. Small success determined by diligence, bigger success depend on wisdom, great success lies in virtue.
