Forge Ahead for a Brighter Future --2022 NCMC Mid-Year Conference

The year of 2022 has already passed half way with summer coming. July is the month full of cicadas chirping, trees shading and burning sun as well as lots of passion and hope.

At this very important juncture, Nanjing Chemical Material Corp. Held Mid-Year Conference in Westin Nanjing on July 9th with the theme of "Forge Ahead for a Brighter Future".

Surrounded by the beautiful scene of Xuanwu Lake and Zijin Mountain, NCMCers gather together once again, sharing the fruitful moments in H1 and pursue the new development for next stage.

As usual, leaders on behalf of each department elaborated on the work status during 2022 H1, not only sharing the growth and progress, but also analyzing the deficiencies in our work. During the presentation, speakers also quantified specific adjustment and improvement measures, and came up with the goals and prospects for the team in H2.

We shared our experience and lessons together in the vision of each department and learned from others. While introducing the overall aspect of daily work and the functioning of each department, leaders also emphasized the active and pragmatic attitudes of the team members towards work vividly in a humorous way.  

The magnificent sharing of each team enriched our cognition and the highlight is the deep thinking. With an innovative perspective, we put forward our unique insights and forward-looking plans based on the situation of market and industry as well as working conditions. We discussed a more diversified and comprehensive market layout, a more efficient and rigorous work process, and a more flexible, democratic and warm management direction, all of these discussions and exchanges have demonstrated the courage of NCMCers on self-analysis, market focusing, deep plowing, continuous learning, spirit of exploration, and the firm perseverance to always cooperate closely and work together to achieve the goal.

From our point of view, what such a presentation really brings to us is the comprehensive support that the platform offering to each NCMCer, as well as smoother and more transparent communication channels, in order to help everyone to display the greatest personal talent and realize the highest personal value!

General Manager Sam Wu concluded that under the circumstances of repeating pandemic and volatile market, the hard-won results benefited from our consistent self-adjustment and transformation in recent years. No matter “reforming the internal framework and processes”, or ”enhancing the working details and timely reviewing”, or “thinking about how to build a all-powerful team” have laid solid foundation to improve our ability to face the challenges in the market. And only in this way can we achieve our goals step by step and create an enterprise atmosphere of “giving full play to everyone's talents, largest utilization of resources, co-creating and common share”, which will surely build a like-minded and sustainable team who will convey the true meaning of “heritage”.

Only by cherishing every second to improve ourselves in leisure times can we stay calm when facing challenges. Our Mid-Year Conference is more than a conclusion, it represents a new outlook, a new start and our new hope. Looking back to the past, what we will do is to inherit and carry forward the shining points during our previous work, learn from experience, abandon shortcomings, and be full of confidence. We’re ready to meet more opportunities and challenges, as well as to obtain more joy and growth!
