Debate Competition & Round table Conference | NCMC Advances to a New Level!

After half a year, the two highly anticipated teams of NCMC - the Young Eagles Team and the Leadership Team - have once again come to their latest theme event.

As a "Traditional Program" of NCMC that has been held for seven consecutive times, the young eagle team activities focuses on the growth and development of new employees. Through a variety of practical activities and experience sharing, it helps new employees quickly adapt to the workplace environment and start their careers with a solid foundation. The leadership team is dedicated to empowering young managers, focusing on integrating cutting-edge management concepts with practical experience, and designing a series of in-depth discussion and learning exchange sessions to help young managers accelerate their transformation in order to grow rapidly.

Debate Competition: Seeking in Thinking

In this young eagles team activity, we held a wonderful debate competition creatively.From discussing "Does information fragmentation enhance or lower people's cognition?" to pondering "When communicating with others, which is more important, direct expression or tactful communication?" and then to debating "On the road to success, which is more crucial, a good opponent or a good helper?", a series of topics have comprehensively ignited the thinking sparks of the young eagles.

The debate process was confrontational and the scene was extremely intense. Some young eagles construct their own arguments with a tight logical chain, supported by precise data and facts, as if weaving an impeccable logical web. Some are good at defusing the opponent's attack with humorous and witty language, using witty rhetorical questions and ingenious metaphors to catch the opponent off guard. Laughter and applause burst out from the audience from time to time. In the back-and-forth exchanges of language, the young eagles continuously deepen their bonds with each other and grow together hand in hand.

Roundtable conference: Advancing Leadership Teams through Dialogue

On the course of the company's improvement and development, the leadership team once again set sail and held a deep discussion roundtable conference focusing on the current difficulties and pain points in the company's internal management.

Members of the leadership team sat together, drawing on their rich experience in team management, freely expressing their opinions and sharing their successful cases and profound lessons in practical management work without reservation. At the same time, they listened attentively to the wisdom and experiences of others, leveraging the collective strength of the team to transcend individual limitations and absorb the advantages of others as nourishment for their own growth.
