Gather strength to embark on a new journey 丨The 2024 NCMC Year-end Summary and Annual Meeting successfully held!

As the seasons turn one after another, the grand chapter of life continues. This month, the 2024 NCMC Year-end Summary and Annual Meeting Ceremony was successfully held as scheduled in the new headquarter (Ronhe Building). All employees gathered together to review the hard-working journey of the past year and look forward to the brilliant future.

Chapter One--The Year-end Summary

On January 11th, the 2024 year-end summary of NCMC was successfully held in the multi-functional hall on the 5th floor of the headquarters building, marking exactly one year since its move into the new headquarter. The theme of this year's year-end summary is "Building a Moat to defend the risks".

During the meeting, the leaders of each department took the stage in turn to report on their work. They reviewed the achievements made in the past year, and the real problems and challenges they faced, with detailed and highly persuasive data as well as vivid and touching cases. All departments also took this opportunity to meticulously review the specific work of each process, presenting in detail to everyone how the company's business philosophy is put into practice in the daily work of different dimensions, how efficient methods are applied in the process, and how innovative ideas empower the development of our company. Such mutual sharing and joint review is like a precise compass on a ship, constantly calibrating the direction of our progress, guiding everyone steadily towards a brand-new year and writing a new chapter of pragmatic advancement!

At the end of the summary, Our General Manager Mr. Wu brought the event to a successful conclusion with a far-sighted perspective. Mr. Wu pointed out that 2024 will be a year of accelerated evolution, we  have gone through once-in-a-century major changes. It is a year where various opportunities and challenges interweave. In the past year, all NCMC members have once again witnessed each other's growth and progress together, reaped achievements and joy, and also discovered and exposed many new problems. However, every step taken in the past has never been in vain, and every exploration in the past has also held extraordinary significance!

Looking forward to 2025, Mr. Wu emphasized: "In the past year, everyone's efforts have been obvious to all. However, in the face of the new pattern, we must not slacken in the slightest. Facing the ever-changing future, the storm of industry transformation has already arrived, and building a moat is by no means something that can be achieved overnight." All departments need to continue to join hands and exert efforts in multiple dimensions, persistently enhance professional capabilities, invest in innovation and exploration, and insist on being united from top to bottom to check the details, improve efficiency, and strictly control risks... Only by gathering these little strengths into an insurmountable competitive advantage can we firmly build a powerful enterprise moat!

Finally, Mr. Wu, as always, particularly emphasized to the new members of the NCMC family who joined in 2024: "It is important to maintain a composed mindset, patiently refine the details, consolidate the foundation, develop good professional habits, and achieve 'concentration and focus', devoting all your time and energy to learning professional knowledge and enhancing your skills!"

Chapter Two--The Annual Meeting

On January 18th, the 2024 annual meeting of NCMC, titled "Accumulating and Taking Solid Steps, Embarking on a New Journey Ahead", was held as scheduled on this auspicious day. It is worth mentioning that this year marks the first time NCMC has held its annual meeting at its own headquarter since moving into it. This meeting can be called "the most distinctive annual meeting event in history"!

The professional photographers and makeup artists who were essential at every annual meeting in previous years have already added much color to the event.

The dynamic, brilliant and professional lighting and stage design, the T-shaped stage shining like the “Walk of Fame”, and the customized background wall for taking photos and checking in...

All kinds of trendy elements converge here with tradition and modernity blend perfectly at this moment, transforming the entire building into a wonderful space that is both fashionable and brimming with traditional charm. It makes people feel as if they were in a street temple fair full of the festive atmosphere of the New Year, or as if they were immersed in a large-scale modern variety show.

Accompanied by the festive and harmonious New Year's music, in an atmosphere of joy and laughter, the wonderful chapters of the annual meeting were like a series of colorful and splendid paintings, unfolding scene after scene...

Time is silent, but struggle makes a sound.

The growth of the team is inseparable from the efforts and sweat of each individual. And every year, there are always a few outstanding NCMCers who have shone with unique brilliance in the past year.

The commendation has illuminated every light of efforts, and the sincere remarks of the awardees have all touched every colleague present, who are also comrades and friend.

What is also touching is that the applause given to the winners this year was especially enthusiastic. These waves of applause are the resonance of all NCMCers in their pursuit of excellence, and also the boundless expectations for the future as well as the driving force for everyone to forge ahead positively!

02 A wonderful show of NCMCer

A brand-new show is bound to have brand-new ideas. NCMC not only has always had a group people of good-looking "faces", but also had interesting souls and brains. Let's take a look at what new tricks the NCMC team members have come up with this year.

The new employee's performance of "Golden Lion Brings Good Fortune" was spectacular and grand as a professional show. They perfectly combined traditional skills with modern stage performances. A series of somersaults, jumps, acting cute and playing tricks instantly ignited the scene!

The humorous sketch "President, Please See a Doctor" threw out one Internet meme after another, and the realistic performance made the audience burst into laughter from time to time

The hilarious crosstalk "Blind Date" features two crosstalk performers delivering witty remarks, combining traditional crosstalk with modern amusing stories. With a unique rhythm and humorous expression, it immerses the audience in continuous laughter.

A performance of "Let's Drink" that transcended time and space stunned the entire audience, the poetic melody dance steps were graceful.. The dynamic dance moves depict the splendor of the Tang Dynasty, and the passionate voices chant the timeless masterpieces. In the blend of poetry and dance, the audience feels Li Bai's heroic and ambitious spirit...

The multi-language chorus "One World" is ingenious. It presents classic Japanese, Chinese, English and Spanish songs in a brand-new play, uniquely demonstrating NCMC's international perspective and the integration of diverse cultures!

There were also a series of wonderful programs such as the songs "Peach Blossoms " , "Little Verses", "Comprehension", "Crossing Mountains and Rivers", and the sketch "Smart Little Helper making life a struggle", "Zhuge Liang came out of seclusion", which made everyone sway happily to the rhythm of the music at times and laugh heartily. What a boisterous scene!

NCMCer are not only the energetic actors on stage but also the passionate audience off stage. The actors and the audience blend into one, and people on and under the stage respond to each other. Applause and cheers rise and fall. This is an unprecedented audio-visual feast, and our headquarter building has already transformed into a sea of joy.

NCMCer boldly breaks free from the constraints of traditional performance forms, ingeniously integrating diverse art forms with rich cultural elements, vividly demonstrating the vibrant ideas and unique cultural creativity of the NCMC family. No wonder many people sincerely exclaim that the annual meeting of NCMC is even more wonderful than the Spring Festival Gala!

03 Lucky Draw  Everyone Can Be a Lucky Koi

If the performance is a feast for the eyes and ears, then the Lucky Draw is a thrilling event that makes one's heart race. Every year, NCMC comes up with all kinds of generous and creative prizes in an ingenious way, which brings full of anticipation every year. And the unique extremely high winning rate of NCMC brings waves of laughter and screams every time. This sense of satisfaction where everyone goes home with a full load is really cool!

04 Easter eggs  The Ritual of Creating Surprises

There are always Easter eggs at the annual meeting every year. This year, there are two!

Game and Q&A session ~

"Knowledge Q&A" : We often overlook the daily life around us, but if we are observant, it might bring you a pleasant surprise one day!

Game "Standing Still" : You always feel like you are still in the same place. But in fact? You might have stepped out in "45-degree" direction, entered someone else's "territory", "step off the stage", or even about to enter someone else's "embrace"... After three rounds of the game, the audience were laughing their heads off, directly pushing the atmosphere to a climax.

The most surprising and unexpected thing is the new zodiac year lucky bag that has been added into the annual meeting since this year. The small lucky bag is filled with NCMC's deep care and blessings for the future for every employee . This most sincere warmth and love from the big family has warmed everyone present.

We believe at this very moment, the happiness of these who received the lucky bags were already at its peak!

Looking back on the past, we have forged ahead through wind and rain, and every breakthrough has been the result of the efforts of all our members. Looking to the future, a new journey has already begun, with both opportunities and challenges coexisting. The 2024 NCMC Year-end Summary and Annual Meeting is both an end and a beginning. It carries the glory of the past and also nurtures the hope of the future.

In the future, we will uphold the belief of unity and, with the energy and strength accumulated over the past year, forge ahead bravely towards higher goals.
