On January 17th, NCMC's 2025 Year End Review Meeting came to a successful close in the multi function hall on the 5th floor of the headquarters. All colleagues gathered together under the core theme "Every Small Step Counts – Perseverance Leads to Greatness" , looking back on the year's hard work and uniting the strength to navigate change. This year end gathering became a spiritual bond that solidifies our foundation and propels us toward a new journey.

This is our story – and it's also written for ourselves, and for everyone who, while running forward, still takes the time to listen to the echo within their own heart.

At the meeting, department heads took turns presenting their annual reports, analyzing in detail the achievements and shortcomings of the past year. At the same time, this year's review moved away from the old model of simply piling up numbers and data.
