NCMC 2026 Year of the Horse New Year gala
unfolds in a dazzling, carnival like atmosphere…

Red drapes and golden neon lights weave together, instantly turning up the festive energy to the max.

This year, with the theme "✨ Start Fresh ✨", we gathered to celebrate the arrival of spring,
using shared smiles and heartfelt moments to close out the past year's hard work and fuel the journey ahead.

A Moment of Glory – Saluting Our Role Models

Looking back at 2025, none of our achievements would have been possible without our partners in the trenches. As the spotlight hit center stage, the 2025 Outstanding Individuals and Teams were officially announced～

When the winners' names appeared on the big screen, thunderous applause broke out. Cameras flashed, lights beamed, and every smiling face said one thing: "Hard work pays off." This honor is not just a footnote to the past – it's a solid foundation for the future.

Talent Takes the Stage – Many Shades of Brilliance

Then came the performances – and the bar went through the roof. Teams from every department brought their A game, turning the stage into an all out showdown of creativity and energy～

The original stage play "Horsepower on Track" was full of life. A lively "Gangnam Style" dance, witty moves, and a funny storyline all came together to wish everyone "instant success" (literally: "success as soon as the horse's hooves touch the ground").

The interactive comedy "Hints" was the ultimate test of chemistry. With over the top expressions, slick magic tricks, and mind reading like interactions, it kept the whole room laughing non stop.

Then came NCMCer's wildly imaginative original sketch "News at Eleven" – a hilarious, season by season spoof of our work life! Using clever parodies and playful newscasts, everyday office moments turned into fresh, funny lines. Every bit had its own special touch～

The "Zootopia" musical number absolutely rocked the house. Blazing lights met rocking vocals, and the audience's glow sticks waved like a sea of stars – the energy went off the charts!

Other sketches and dance pieces – "Internet Café Garden", "Between Fast and Slow", "Rules", "Where Did the Time Go", "High Society" – brought laughter, warmth, and reflections on work and life. Each act was worth watching again and again～

Finally, after on site voting, the Team Chemistry Award, Best Creativity Award, and Most Popular Award found their owners. The whole stage lit up, and applause and cheers lingered for a long time. Every recognition came from the enthusiastic participation and wholehearted devotion of our team members～

The riddle guessing session triggered a friendly "brain battle." People rushed to the stage, hands up, shouting answers in excitement.

"Non stop Horse" was a comedy goldmine – perfectly straight routes somehow turned into wobbly, hilarious paths. The cheers and laughter nearly lifted the roof off～

The "Multitasking Challenge" brought the house down. Contestants scrambled and improvised, delivering one funny, adorable moment after another…
On stage, people were doubled over; in the audience, everyone was cracking up. Cheers, laughter, and playful teasing filled the room～

NCMCer truly let go and had fun. Whether you were competing with speed or brainpower, or just cheering and slapping your knee from the sidelines, everyone walked away with pure joy.
